Mission
The mission statement for the Southeastern Greene School District is “Learners today, leaders tomorrow.”
Southeastern Greene Schools will continue to be community learning centers. The school community will consist of administration, teachers, parents, students, School Board of Education, and other stakeholders working together to ensure learning progress. Academic standards will function as the foundation of the educational program as reading, writing, and math are integrated across the curriculum. Researched based instructional strategies will be incorporated into teaching lessons. Data will be collected and analyzed to determine instructional focus. High expectations will be established for all students. Teachers will be expected to incorporate effective instructional strategies aligned to state standards, assessment anchors, and district curricula.
